“ Brilliant! After a poor recent experience at a different KFC I opted for a different place to eat. But my boyfriend wanted KFC. We were rushing because I had to get to work and hadn't eaten. My bf said the service was great, the customer service was brilliant from some guy that served him. He ordered some chicken pieces and chips, which he enjoyed. In fact, he got an extra piece because they commented on how tiny one of them was, and he even got a free bag of chips. The temperature was good, and he was given tissues in his bag. Good job, Bury! ”
